Adele, 33, issued an apology to her fans on Thursday after she announced she had been forced to reschedule her tour. The Easy on Me singer struggled to hold back tears as she Facetimed groups of stunned fans at Caesars Palace.

One fan, Eleni Sabrascas, has gone viral on TikTok after she made a video about Adele cancelling every show she had tried to see, dating back to 2016.

At first she tried to see Adele at Madison Square Garden, but was turned away because she bought a fake ticket.

She then flew to London to see Adele but the show was unfortunately cancelled due to issues with Adele’s voice.

After she posted about the experience, she was contacted by The Ellen DeGeneres show, however Adele was unable to attend as she was doing press at the time.

Eleni was then surprised with tickets to the opening night of Weekends with Adele in Las Vegas, having already arrived when news came that the show was cancelled.

On Friday she went to Caesars Palace and was given the chance to FaceTime the teary singer.

During the call, Adele told Eleni she was going to invite her on stage at the new show’s dates so they can have a picture together.

Other videos have been posted online from more disappointed fans who were given the chance to Facetime the Easy on Me singer.

She urged fans to watch their spending after ensuring each ticket-holder received a free gift bag from her Vegas store, where personalised items including clothing, jewellery and wine were available to buy.

Inside the pop-up, Adele-branded garments were priced up far more than some of the $85 tickets themselves, with sweatshirts ranging between $90 and $110 each.

Also on display were varsity jackets, $50 T-shirts, $75 bottles of her favourite Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir wine (which usually retail for $40), necklaces with ‘Hello’, ‘Married’ and ‘Divorced’ motifs as well as ‘Cry Your Heart Out’ packets of tissues.

However, the British star admitted she was concerned by the prospect of loyal fans being left even deeper in the red having already lost thousands of seats reaching $12,000, not to mention travel costs.

In the heart wrenching video posted Thursday Adele held her head in her hands as she said: “Listen, I’m so sorry but my show isn’t ready.

“We’ve tried absolutely everything. We can’t put it together in time for it to be good enough for you but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and Covid – half my crew, half my team are down with Covid and still are.

“And it’s been impossible to finish the show.”

She sobbed: “I can’t give you what I have right now, because I’m gutted and I’m sorry it’s so last minute.

“We’ve been awake for over 30 hours now trying to figure it out and we’ve run out of time.

“I’m so upset, I’m really embarrassed and I’m so sorry to everyone who travelled again.”

At this point, the fan-favourite burst into tears as she cried: “I’m really, really sorry.”

Adele is currently at the beginning of her Las Vegas residency, where the London-born songstress announced last year she would be playing 24 concerts on Fridays and Saturdays at Caesars Palace’s Colosseum.
