F1 to make testing change after complaints tabled over Lewis Hamilton's car

“We didn’t find something that was concerning. It was not a bad test, but it can be improved.

“So we’re thinking how to maybe make some improvements to it for next year [2022], potentially.”

The F1 chief went on to add that one change the FIA could make to testing is to apply more force to the rear wing, to try and expose any illegal enhancements.

He continued: “The reason the test is not so good is technically the trailing edge of the main plane is going quite upwards.
