Princess Anne is often recognised for her dedication to the Firm and this has paid off with the public after she was named the most popular member of the Royal Family, new polling has found.
A recent YouGov poll has shown that the Princess Royal is the favourite with a net favourability of +60, with just 15 percent having a negative view of the 72-year-old.
The study of 2,014 british adults conducted between June 7 and 8, the Princess of Wales’s net favourability rose by five points to +59 from +54 in April, while Prince William’s also had a five-point increase to +57.
King Charles’s net favourability has risen since his Coronation from +26 to +32 but this is still lower than when he first ascended the throne when it stood at +48.

Should members of the Royal Family get a summer holiday?
Queen Elizabeth II used to spend her summers at the Balmoral estate in Scotland to break from her responsibilities in London and spend time with family and friends.
The King has said he plans to continue this tradition, but his stay is expected to be shorter than his mother’s with the castle being open to the public until mid-August.
A royal source said: “We expect the family will be together there in the summer. But diaries are still being sorted.”
The Prince and Princess of Wales will also spend quality time with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis during the school summer holidays.

Who is the hardest-working royal?
The Royal Family have been out in force in the past week, celebrating Trooping of the Colour, Garter Day and enjoying themselves at the races at Royal Ascot. But this makes up just a handful of the hundreds of appearances members of the Firm make each year.
In 2022, Anne was declared as the hardest-working royal, conducting 214 engagements, the most out of all members of the Firm.
Yet analysis of data from the past decade, compiled by royal watcher Tim O’Donovan for The Times, published in May has shown the King to be the hardest working carrying out 4,854 official engagements ahead of his sister with 4,693. Prince Edward came in third with 3,155.
