The Queen’s granddaughter broke the silence as her young son turned one on February 9. On the milestone birthday, the royal shared an insight into her life with husband Jack Brooksbank and baby August on their recent skiing holiday.
Eugenie, who tied the knot with Jack in October 2018, captioned the pictures with a loving message to her young son.
She wrote to her 1.5 million Instagram followers: “Happy 1st Birthday to our little hero Augie.
“You are such a special soul that brightens every room with your smile and wave.
“You have made us so very proud. We love you!”

August, who was born at London’s Portland Hospital last year, is Princess Eugenie’s first child and 13th in line to the throne.
