Kate, Princess of Wales joined her husband and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh at a Garden Party in Buckingham Palace this afternoon. For the occasion, she wore a powder blue dress from the brand Elie Saab. This is not a new dress, Kate previously wore it in 2019 for royal Ascot.
